Bryggedag
I dag var det på tide å brygge igjen. Denne gangen ble det brygget Cream Ale. Pågrunn av at jeg ikke har smakt noen Cream Ale tidligere fant jeg ut at jeg skulle gå for oppskriften til Jamil Zainasheff og John J. Palmer som står i Brewing Classic Styles. Satser på at dette ølet blir en slager når det blir varmere i været:-)
